Council to consider the following:
• Hold a Public Hearing; and
• Introduction and First Reading of an Ordinance Amending Section 13.28 of the Lathrop Municipal Code to Establish New Minimum Stormwater Management Requirements and Controls
5.2 INITIATION OF A PROPOSITION 218 PROCESS FOR PROPOSED UTILITY RATE INCREASES
Council to Consider the Following:
• Receive the Draft Water and Wastewater Rate Studies Prepared by Municipal Financial Services
• Adopt a Resolution Initiating the Proposition 218 Protest Process to Send Out Protest Notices to Utility Customers Explaining the New Rate Structure and Proposed Rate Adjustments and Allowing for a Protest Response
• Set a Public Hearing for December 21, 2015 at 7:00 PM to Consider the Results of the Protest Response and to Act on the Proposed Rate Adjustments
