Marguerite Arnold – CEO and Founder
Marguerite Arnold is a technologist and writer living in Frankfurt, Germany. She has covered the marijuana market as a journalist for over three years, writing her first book on the topic in 2015. She has just received her EMBA from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, and is also launching a blockchain-based insuretech app, targetting the medical marijuana market.
She has created many cool things in her life. She has built communities, she has created documentaries that have changed public policy, she has created financial instruments designed to address current challenges. She is an artist, a writer, a high tech entrepreneur. These are all “building” activities.
Her most recent book – “Green: The First 12 Months of Modern Marijuana Reform,” is a non-fiction book that was inspired by the unbelievable pace of change in the issue last year and from all fronts. I wanted to tell the story of how things changed, and why.
Her current project, “Fatherland,” while it has been in the works for a couple of years inspired by what she went through, is something her early readers are also calling for. She almost died. But she survived. She thinks that is an important story as America begins to face up to the real issues involved in legalization. And they are not simple.
We Launched Cannabis School By MedPayRx!
You have probably heard a great deal about cannabis lately. No matter where you are. Countries are legalizing the drug for medical purposes all over the world. This includes Canada, Israel, Australia, Venezuela, Uruguay, and many European countries.
Germany, however, is the largest medical market in the world after Canada. Some believe it may actually be bigger. And Germany is now moving forward on implementing a medical cannabis program. It is brand new, and was authorized by the German government in March 2017.
A lot of people, starting with doctors and patients, have many questions about this drug.
We hope to provide you with some basic, general information for educational purposes only. We, as the core team at MedPayRx, are not doctors, nor are we “advocating” or “prescribing” anything. However, we do recognize the medical efficacy of marijuana, as is now the law in Germany, and we want to help educate you a bit about it. Our application is being designed to help patients legally obtain this drug, among others, and help lower the cost and time of prescribing and covering all of their prescription drug needs.
